Terms of Service

Last updated September 20, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and ClippingNoise. They include limits on our liability (Sections 10 and 11) and explain how earnings can change after approval (Section 5). By creating an account or using ClippingNoise you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ClippingNoise.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClippingNoise website and services (the "Services"). In these Terms, "ClippingNoise", "we", "us" and "our" mean the team that runs ClippingNoise, and "you" or "Creator" means the person using the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a brand or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and the words "you" and "Creator" include it.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

  • "Linked Account" means a TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or X account you connect to ClippingNoise.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ClippingNoise. You confirm this when you sign up. You must give accurate information, and you may keep only one ClippingNoise account.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission. We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else using your account because you did not keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for your own taxes. ClippingNoise does not withhold or pay tax on your behalf, and you are responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on your Earnings.

3. Using the Services

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services to join Campaigns, submit Creator Content, and withdraw Earnings. You agree that you will not:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • create more than one account, or use another person's account or Linked Account;
  • submit content you did not create or do not have the right to post, or submit someone else's post as your own;
  • manipulate views, likes, comments or any other metric, including by using bots, view-farming services, purchased engagement or any automated means;
  • submit the same content to more than one Campaign, or submit a post that has already been submitted;
  • make a submitted post private or delete it, or edit it so that it no longer meets the Campaign Details;
  • copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their source code, or interfere with their security or performance;
  • upload malware or anything harmful, or use the Services to build a competing product; or
  • put sensitive personal data, such as government ID numbers or health information, into the Services.

We may add reasonable limits on how the Services are used, such as submission cooldowns and daily limits, to keep them fair and stable.

4. Content rules

You promise that all Creator Content you submit:

  • follows the Campaign Details, the platform's own rules, and all Applicable Laws;
  • is yours, or you have all the rights needed to post and submit it, and does not infringe anyone else's rights;
  • is honest, and is not false, deceptive or misleading;
  • clearly discloses any material connection or sponsorship as required by law, including advertising and endorsement rules such as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidance and equivalent rules where you live;
  • does not contain malware, or link to harmful material;
  • is not harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, or hateful, and does not promote violence, discrimination or illegal activity; and
  • is not aimed at people under 18 or promotes anything illegal for minors.

A Brand may ask for a post to be taken down and you must do so promptly. Posts submitted to a Campaign must stay public for as long as the Campaign Details require. We may reject or remove any Submission that we reasonably believe breaks these rules, and we may review or monitor Submissions and your activity on the Services to check compliance.

5. Earnings and payments

How Earnings work

Each Campaign sets a rate per one million views, and may set a limit per post, a limit per creator, and an overall budget. Your Earnings for a Submission are calculated from its verified public view count using the Campaign's rate, and are reduced or set to zero if a limit or the Campaign budget has been reached. Any minimum requirements in the Campaign Details, such as a minimum follower count or view count, must be met before Earnings are credited. Earnings are estimates until a Campaign ends: they depend on view counts as verified by us, and on the Campaign's budget.

Submissions may be approved automatically when they are submitted. Automatic approval is not a final decision. We can review a Submission later and reject it if we find it does not meet these Terms or the Campaign Details.

Pending Balance and Available Balance

When a Submission is approved, its Earnings are added to your Pending Balance. Your view counts are refreshed on a schedule while the Campaign runs, so your Pending Balance can go up as views grow. When a Campaign ends, the Earnings you made on it move from your Pending Balance to your Available Balance, and only your Available Balance can be withdrawn. If a Campaign's budget is used up before it ends, Earnings stop increasing, and they are released when the Campaign is marked as ended.

Earnings can be reversed

If a Submission that was approved is later rejected, the Earnings credited for it are reversed, even if the Campaign has ended and even if the money has moved to your Available Balance. If those Earnings have already been withdrawn, we may not be able to take them back automatically, and we may deduct the amount from your future Earnings or Available Balance, or refuse further withdrawals, until it is settled.

Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal is $25.00.
  • A service fee of 10% is withheld from every withdrawal. The fee is shown before you confirm.
  • We pay withdrawals in cryptocurrency only, to the wallet address you give us, using USDT on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network or Solana.
  • Withdrawals are reviewed and sent by our team, so they are not instant, and timing can vary. Once you request a withdrawal it cannot be cancelled.
  • You are responsible for giving us a correct wallet address on the correct network. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. If you enter a wrong address, or the wrong network, we cannot recover the funds and are not liable for the loss.
  • We may reject or hold a withdrawal we reasonably believe is fraudulent, breaks these Terms, or is required to be held by law. A rejected withdrawal is returned to your balance.
  • The value of cryptocurrency can change. Campaign rates and balances are shown in US dollars, and we are not responsible for changes in the market value of the asset you are paid in.

Referrals

You can invite others with your referral code, and the app shows how many people have joined using it. Referral bonuses are not currently paid out automatically. If we introduce them, the rules will be shown in the app, and we may change or end the referral program at any time. We may also refuse or reverse any referral reward that results from fake, duplicate or abusive accounts.

6. Linked accounts

To submit content you must link a social media account you own and verify it by placing a code we give you in its public bio. You confirm that every Linked Account is yours. We only read public information from Linked Accounts; we never ask for your platform passwords and never post on your behalf. You can unlink an account at any time from the Accounts page, though that does not affect Submissions already made.

We depend on third-party platforms and data services to verify accounts and read view counts. If a platform blocks or limits access, changes how it works, or a post becomes unavailable, we may be unable to verify your account or Submission, and we are not responsible for that.

7. Brands and campaigns

Campaigns are set up and managed by ClippingNoise for Brands. Submitting Creator Content to a Campaign does not create any employment, agency or partnership relationship between you and a Brand or between you and us: you are an independent contractor, and nothing in these Terms makes you our employee. Brands may see the Submissions made to their own Campaigns, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that any Campaign will be available, that it will run for any length of time, or that you will earn a particular amount. We may pause, change or end a Campaign at any time, and Campaign Details may change. You are responsible for reading a Campaign's requirements before you post.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or reject Submissions, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to comply with the law. If your account is closed for breaking these Terms, we may withhold or reverse Earnings that resulted from the breach.

When your access ends, your right to use the Services stops. Sections that by their nature should continue, including those on Earnings reversal, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and disputes, will continue. We may delete your information after your account ends, subject to records we must keep by law as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your Creator Content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, display and process the public link and information about your Creator Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services, verifying Submissions, and showing results to the Brand that ran the Campaign.

ClippingNoise, its name and logo, and the Services, including their software, design and content, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no ownership of them. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we can use them freely without paying you or crediting you.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT VIEW COUNTS OR OTHER DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE, OR THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY AMOUNT. WE RELY ON THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR FAILURES. ANY BETA OR EARLY-ACCESS FEATURE IS OFFERED WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY ARE POSSIBLE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE EARNINGS YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including outages of internet, hosting or third-party platform services, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or actions of governments. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this Section may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ClippingNoise and its owners, personnel and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your Creator Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing here stops either of us from seeking urgent court relief to protect intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm, or takes away any right you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live.

14. YouTube API Services

ClippingNoise uses YouTube API Services. When you link a YouTube channel or submit a YouTube video, we use the YouTube Data API to retrieve public information about it, such as identifiers, the title, and public subscriber, view, like and comment counts, so we can verify your Submission and calculate your Earnings. By using the Services you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information Google and YouTube collect about you is handled under the Google Privacy Policy, not by us. How we handle the information we store is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. General terms

  • Changes. We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If a change is material we will give notice in the app, and continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the new Terms.
  • Changes to the Services. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services. If a change is unacceptable to you, your remedy is to stop using the Services.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger or sale of the business.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Services and replace any earlier understanding.
  • Severability and waiver. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • No third-party rights. Except as stated, these Terms do not give rights to anyone who is not a party to them.
  • Notices. We may notify you through the app or at the email address on your account. You can contact us as described in Section 16.
